Our program provides Regent Park residents of all ethnicities and faiths an opportunity to enjoy a delicious restaurant-style meal that’s served in a welcoming and caring atmosphere.

Hundreds of volunteers have been busy – cutting, dicing, setting tables, and getting the community centre-turned-restaurant ready for lunch on Sunday.
In fact, thousands of nutritious, halal meals have been served. More importantly, we’ve made wonderful friends along the way.

MWC has provided emergency shelter to 19,500+ women and their children since 1996.

MWC has served over 150,000 meals since 2014.
MWC established Regent Park Meals to build one community, one goal. No one, no matter your race or faith should go to sleep with an empty stomach.
Over 500 people join us every Saturday and Sunday for a warm lunch.
Over $840,000 of food was served to the Regent Park community.
