In Toronto, seniors over 65 makeup 14% of the population, set to grow to 480,000 by 2031. The 75+ age group will rise 50% from 2001 to 2031, with one in four seniors living alone, contributing to elder poverty.
We deliver 500+ meals twice weekly to seniors in GTA and Mississauga, totaling 90,000 meals served to date.

MWC has provided emergency shelter to 19,500+ women and their children since 1996.

Volunteers help prepare every meal throughout the entire year.
