If you or a loved one requires an assistive device but faces financial or logistical barriers, this program is here to support you with compassion and care.
What is an assistive device loan?
An assistive device loan provides temporary access to medical or mobility equipment that supports daily living, recovery, or long-term care.
Devices are loaned for a defined period, helping individuals maintain independence, safety, and quality of life without the immediate financial burden of purchasing equipment.
This program can help with:
Mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, or canes
Medical and home-care equipment needed for recovery or daily use
Support for seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those facing health challenges
Short-term assistance during illness, injury, or transitional care
All applications are reviewed with care to ensure support reaches those most in need.
